RC 2 means Regional Collage No 2. Other RC is Recreation Centre in Rangoon Arts and Science University (RASU). I don't know it is Hlaing Campus.Need somebody have to confirm.

I'm really disappointed at most of your stuff. They are not really paying attention to the customers...! I've always been uncomfortable whenever the stuff are rude to us but I didn't even call the supervisor or write a letter. thank you for d pic in google maps...my granny studied in d school before 2nd world war may be in 1930's.she finished her matriculation from B E T Boys high school.my gran is v happy to see d pic..now she is 90 yrs old..her dad was prof in rangoon university(K.Subramanian).they left rangoon during the 2nd world war..
